This form may be utilized for new memberships as well as renewals.
THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 31 TO BE INCLUDED IN THE MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THAT DATE WILL BE ACCEPTED AND FULL MEMBERSHIP STATUS GRANTED BUT WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE DIRECTORY.
NOTE: Voting membership in KAAA includes automatic membership for the spouse in WKAAA. Spouses are cordially invited to participate in the WKAAA portion of the convention.
